2. Maintenance of carrier roller

3. Idler maintenance

However, one common issue they both face is the accumulation of crushed stones in the gap between the plates while walking. These trapped stones can create pressure on the plates, causing the track shoes to bend and deform when they come into contact with the ground. Moreover, prolonged walking can lead to cracks at the bolt fixing point of the track shoes. It is important to address these issues to maintain the functionality and durability of the track shoes.
It is crucial to adjust the track tension based on the construction road conditions. Over-tightening can result in accelerated wear of chain rail links, gear rings, and idlers, while loose tension can cause the tracks to dislodge. Therefore, it is important to maintain the optimal tension for the smooth and efficient operation of the equipment.
